Port Oostende offers a comprehensive package of services that aligns seamlessly with its strategy to actively participate in the maritime and logistics chain. A recent project at the heavy weight REBO terminal illustrates this: storage tanks weighing between 55 and 75 tons and standing 30 meters tall were constructed by the company Geldof, which specializes in petrochemicals and sustainability, among other fields.

During this project, subsidiaries MultiTech nv and OSSCO nv provided support. MultiTech supplied technicians, while OSSCO, utilizing the mobile harbor crane, ensured logistical support.

This project also reinforces the reorientation of the REBO terminal from an offshore wind terminal to a versatile heavy weight terminal.
